Cypress Park Apartments

A community-focused renovation at Cypress Park Apartments, where we revitalized key shared spaces to enhance both function and aesthetics The project included a modern refresh of the leasing office, and a complete overhaul of the pool deck and shade structure. We also added a custom brick fireplace with a built-in seating area and constructed a new wooden pergola to create a shaded, welcoming outdoor gathering space. Each element was thoughtfully designed and built for comfort, durability, and long-term use—bringing new life to the heart of the community.
