The Abita House is a full renovation of a 105-year-old historic home, brought back to life through a complete interior and exterior restoration. As the general contractor, we managed a full gut renovation down to the studs—rebuilding the structural framework, updating all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, and carefully restoring the architectural charm of the original design. Our work also included custom interior finishes, energy-efficient upgrades, and a refreshed exterior that respects the home’s historic character while meeting modern standards.
