Our Commercial Work
Rick Sellers Construction Inc started in our work in the commercial industry. We quickly fell into the multi-family renovation business and have been in that industry for over 20 years.
We have renovated apartment communities all over the state of Louisiana. We specialize in acquisitions and refi construction projects and budgets. This allows owners to purchase an add-value community. We closely work with owners to achieve this model.
The Hive @3rd Apartments
This apartment complex was an add-value acquisition that RSC was lucky to be a part of from under contract to fully renovated.
RSC was also part of the design process. RSC completely renovated the entire exterior of this property along with over 800' of exterior guardrail replacement. We also had a custom metal pergola designed and built with an outdoor kitchen for the residents. RSC also installed new pool pavers with all new pool fencing and outdoor lighting. The entire exterior was painted as well!
Ingleside Apartments
Ingleside Apartments was also an add-value acquisition. RSC was involved from under-contract to the completion of the full project completion. This project was full exterior and interior renovation. RSC install all new guardrails, exterior paint, courtyard pavers, exterior doors and much more.
RSC gutted all kitchen cabinets and installed all new wood cabinets and granite counter tops. This also includes lighting, plumbing fixture and appliance package in each interior unit.
RSC provided a turn-key move -in ready unit for the client on this project.
Cypress Park Apartments
RSC was hired to transform the leasing office at Cypress Park Apts in Baton Rouge, La.
This project consisted as a full interior remodel of the office and adding a fitness center in the existing footprint. RSC also erected an all-exposed cypress wrap around porch with all new metal roofing. The project also consists of new pool pavers and new firepit with a curved bench for the firepit.
The project also included outdoor grilling station and a cypress TV wall.
The Hive @3rd Leasing Office
The leasing office was fully renovated. Prior to the leasing office it was the community fitness center.
RSC converted another space to accommodate the fitness center and we converted this space to the new leasing office. This office has amazing views of our Louisiana State Capital bldg. while sitting in the office. The floor pattern was chosen to keep the same hectogon design of the apartment buildings.
